For our current CommunityCare Senior Health Plan members, it’s important to review annual changes to your plan. Being aware of current benefits, and how to best utilize them helps to ensure our members are able to navigate the plan and are able to access the benefits that are important to them. We have created the below video to quickly review plan benefit changes for the 2025 plan year.

If you don't see a seminar time that works with your schedule, call us for information .
