And we are excited to offer you our new CommunityCare Options (PPO) plan for all of your Medicare benefits plus much more! Our $0 Options Gold plan allows you the freedom to choose your providers, with in-network access to Saint Francis and Ascension St. John, as well as the option to use non-network providers for your Medicare-covered services.

If you are a current member, please call Customer Service at 918-594-5202 . We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. From October 1 through March 31, our hours include Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays.
