To be eligible to enroll, you must have Medicare A & B and continue to pay your Part B premium.

Craig, Creek, Delaware, Hughes, Mayes, McIntosh, Muskogee, Nowata, Okmulgee, Osage, Ottawa, Pawnee, Pittsburg, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and Washington

Enrollment Options
You can enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan when you are new to Medicare, during the Annual Election period (Oct. 15 – Dec. 7), or if you have a special election period. Call our team at to see if you are eligible to enroll, or visit our ABC's (and D) of Medicare page.
