INTEGRIS Health Partners+ has three plans to choose from. You can see more details about the plan benefits by:

  • Calling our Sales team at 405-810-2012 to review your options. We’re available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

To be eligible to enroll, you must have Medicare A & B and continue to pay your Part B premium. Residents of the following counties are eligible to enroll: Canadian, Cleveland, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie

Every year Medicare evaluates plans based on a 5-star rating system. You can see the INTEGRIS Health Partners+ Star Rating by clicking on the link above.

Enrollment Options

You can enroll in a Medicare Advantage plan when you are new to Medicare, during the Annual Election period (Oct. 15 – Dec. 7), or if you have a special election period. Call our team at to see if you are eligible to enroll, or visit our ABC's (and D) of Medicare page.

Service Area

Although Medicare is a Federal program, INTEGRIS Health Partners+ is available only to individuals who live in our plan service area. To stay a member of our plan, you must keep living in this service area.

The INTEGRIS Health Partners+ service area includes these counties in Oklahoma: Canadian, Cleveland, Kingfisher, Lincoln, Logan, Oklahoma and Pottawatomie
