Formerly known as “mail service,” this convenient option for maintenance medications takes you out of the pharmacy line and helps you stay on your medication schedule.

3 ways to register for Walgreens Mail Service Pharmacy

  1. Online:

    Set up your online account by visiting walgreensmailservice.com/home. Simply select the "Create Account" button on the right side of the home page and input the necessary information. (Please note: if you already have an existing account with walgreensmail.com you will not need to register again. This login information will work on walgreensmailservice.com/home.)

  2. By Phone:

    Call Walgreens Customer Care Center at 1-800-489-2197 and have your insurance information handy. Customer Service Representatives are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. TTY users call: 1-800-573-1833.

  3. By Mail:

    Complete the registration form found in your enrollment kit or at walgreensmailservice.com/home and mail the form, along with an original prescription, to the address below:
