Senior Health Plan members do not lose their Medicare when they sign up. They keep their Medicare cards and continue to pay their Part B premiums. After the policy is initiated, we provide the Retirees with new CommunityCare Senior Health Plan membership cards.
Senior Health Plan (HMO) is a Medicare Advantage Plan. Employers wishing to offer retirees a Medicare health plan with CommunityCare have several different benefit packages to choose from – including some plans that have enhanced Part D coverage. Senior Health Plan offers a wide range of services designed to detect health problems early.
CommunityCare is contracted with three of the premier hospitals in the Tulsa area — Ascension St. John, Saint Francis Health System, and Hillcrest HealthCare System. (Other physicians and providers are available in our network.)
