The Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit is an additional benefit for most of our plans. OTC medications are trusted as a first line of defense in treating minor ailments, helping reduce doctor visits and saving you money. CommunityCare Options is committed to providing this program to you as a benefit to help you live a healthy lifestyle and improve the quality of your life.

  • CommunityCare Options Gold has a $50 quarterly Over the Counter benefit.

The OTC benefit is administered to you through NationsBenefits. Feel free to contact them should you have any questions by calling 1-833-899-0614. TTY users should call 711. Member Experience Advisors are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

  • How do I order?
    You can order online, via app, by phone or mail and your selected OTC items will be delivered by mail to your door.

    Unused OTC dollars do not roll over to the next quarter. You may spend above your quarterly amount if you want and pay out of pocket for the difference.

    To order:

    • Online: http://www.ccok.nationsbenefits.com/

      When placing your first order, you will need to Register. Enter your member ID with no dashes (example: C00xxxxxxxx). If you are having trouble creating an account, call NationsOTC at 1-833-899-0614 .

    • By app: To place an order through the MyBenefits app search “MyBenefits” in the App Store or Google Play.
    • If this is your first time placing an order via the app or online, you will need to create an account by registering on the MyBenefits portal or the MyBenefits app. If you already created an account, simply log in and select the items you would like to order. Once you’re ready to place your order, click “Checkout.”
    • By phone: 1-833-899-0614 [TTY users should call 711.]

      Please Note: Order forms should be mailed before the 20th of the month to ensure the order total is applied to the current benefit period. We encourage you to place an order online or by phone if the end of your benefit period is approaching. Please do not send cash or checks in the mail.
