The Over-the-Counter (OTC) benefit is an additional benefit for most of our plans. OTC medications are trusted as a first line of defense in treating minor ailments, helping reduce doctor visits and saving you money. CommunityCare Options is committed to providing this program to you as a benefit to help you live a healthy lifestyle and improve the quality of your life.
The OTC benefit is administered to you through NationsBenefits. Feel free to contact them should you have any questions by calling 1-833-899-0614. TTY users should call 711. Member Experience Advisors are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

When placing your first order, you will need to Register. Enter your member ID with no dashes (example: C00xxxxxxxx). If you are having trouble creating an account, call NationsOTC at 1-833-899-0614 .
To place an order by mail, send your completed order form from the catalog to:
Please Note: Order forms should be mailed before the 20th of the month to ensure the order total is applied to the current benefit period. We encourage you to place an order online or by phone if the end of your benefit period is approaching. Please do not send cash or checks in the mail.
Unused money in any one quarter does not roll over to the following quarter. You may spend above your quarterly amount if you want and pay out of pocket for the difference.
Members on a Medicare Retiree group plan may have different benefits. Check your plan year benefit grid or call Customer Service with questions. Be sure to let us know what retiree group you are with.
