Your vision exams have no copay – whether it’s for a medical condition such as glaucoma or your annual routine eye exam (available once each year).
You also have an eyewear benefit - you can get prescription eyewear (glasses and/or contact lenses) once every two years at no cost up to the $200 plan benefit limit. You must use in-network providers for your eyewear benefit.
