Over-the-Counter Benefits

For 2022, Senior Health Plan Silver Plus, Platinum and Platinum Plus has a $40 quarterly Over the Counter benefit. Silver (MA Only) has a $50 quarterly Over the Counter benefit. EGHP+D plan benefits may vary. Please contact the Pharmacy Helpdesk for benefit information.

How do I order?
You can order online or by phone and your selected OTC items will be delivered by mail to your door.

Unused OTC dollars do not roll over to the next quarter.

How do I receive my order?
Items will be delivered to your home address by mail.
How often can I order?
You may order once per quarter, up to four times per year (January to March; April to June; July to September; October to December).
How much is the benefit?
Senior Health Plan Silver Plus, Platinum and Platinum Plus has a $40 quarterly Over the Counter benefit. Silver (MA Only) has a $50 quarterly Over the Counter benefit (unused money in any one quarter does not roll over to the following quarter).
