Over-the-Counter Benefits

For 2022, INTEGRIS Health Partners+ Deluxe and Premier Plans has a $40 quarterly Over the Counter benefit. Choice Plan (MA Only) has a $50 quarterly Over the Counter benefit.

OTC medications are trusted as a first line of defense in treating minor ailments, help reduce doctor visits and save you money. Senior Health Plan is committed to providing this program to you as a benefit to help you live a healthy lifestyle and improve the quality of your life.

How do I order?
You can order online or by phone and your selected OTC items will be delivered by mail to your door.

Unused OTC dollars do not roll over to the next quarter.

How do I receive my order?
Items will be delivered to your home address by mail.
How often can I order?
You may order once per quarter, up to four times per year (January to March; April to June; July to September; October to December).
How much is the benefit?
INTEGRIS Health Partners+ Deluxe and Premier Plans has a $40 quarterly Over the Counter benefit. Choice Plan (MA Only) has a $50 quarterly Over the Counter benefit (unused money in any one quarter does not roll over to the following quarter).

If you are a current member, please call Customer Service at 405-810-2008 . We are available Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. From October 1 through March 31, our hours include Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays.
