Hearing Aid Benefits

Only available with Senior Health Plan Platinum, Platinum Plus and Silver Plans

Members on our Platinum, Platinum Plus and Silver plans pay nothing for up to two hearing aids up to a $500 plan benefit limit. The hearing aid benefit can be used once every two years and includes no copay for a evaluation and fitting exam.
